Where do you deliver?
We currently ship within the UK only.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is a flat £3.99 per order, however many jars you buy. All prices shown include VAT.
How quickly will my order arrive?

How hot is it?
Hot. We use Bhut Jolokia (ghost chilli) because it is authentic to the cuisine, and we do not dilute it.
Do your pickles contain allergens?
Yes. Every jar contains soya, wheat and barley (gluten), all from the fermented soybean paste that gives the pickles their depth. That makes them unsuitable for coeliacs and for gluten-free diets.
None of the other eleven regulated allergens is present — no peanuts, tree nuts, milk, eggs, fish, crustaceans, molluscs, celery, mustard, sesame, sulphites or lupin.
All our pickles are made in the same kitchen, with dedicated utensils for each. Because every product shares the same three allergens, this does not introduce anything that is not already declared.

How should I store it once opened?

Is the chicken pickle Halal?
No, and we would rather be straightforward about why.
We buy our chicken from a Halal butcher, and we use dedicated utensils when making the Naga Chicken Pickle. But the same kitchen also produces our Naga Pork Pickle, and shared premises mean we cannot honestly describe any of our products as Halal — no matter how carefully the chicken itself was sourced.
We hold no Halal certification, and we do not claim any.
We would rather tell you this plainly than have you find out after buying. If Halal status matters to you, this is the information you need to decide for yourself, and we completely understand either way.
